Partnerships
At SAB we work collaboratively with global brands to bring ideas and campaigns to life. From tournaments to takeovers, from events (live cup draws and watch-alongs) to emotive interviews and story-telling, we know what engages audiences.
What we do
We conceptualise and create original formats, both long and short form, which tap into our unique story-telling style. From interviews with footballers to producing events and campaigns which champion the women’s game.
Strategy & insights
- As the largest independent UK women’s football publisher, we understand the women’s football audience better than most.
- We speak to and listen to our audience weekly, ensuring we stay up to date with fandom habits and passions – see The Women’s Football Fandom Report as an example.
- We use these insights to help brands with their long-term women’s football marketing strategy – from brands that are deep in the space, through to brands that are excited to enter.
- We help execute these strategies – from talent procurement, production, activations and media.
EXPERIENTIAL
- We can design and deliver a range of activations to help you connect with your audience.
- We will take your project and vision from its initial beautiful idea to a brand-elevating finish, assisting you with the entire planning and delivery process.

PRODUCTION
- We have an in-house production team to create best-of-class content.
- We have extensive access to talent from footballers, musicians, presenters, extras and more.
- We create engaging, emotive and unique content for all platforms – specialising in capturing a Gen-Z and Millennial audience.

- We can advise which athlete resonates best with your project to help elevate your campaign.

FA & Adobe: FA Cup Live Draw
FA & Adobe: FA Cup Live Draw
Delivering a unique live Cup draw
Project
We partnered with the FA and Adobe to bring the Women’s FA Cup Fourth Round Draw live to the community at a space in Hackney and also live-streamed on YouTube.
We programmed performances from LGBTQ+ advocates, a BBC Radio 1 DJ and procured well-respected women’s sport advocates for guests/hosts. We took care of everything from creative direction, branding (mirrors, windows, coasters, menus etc), sound, lighting, venue/licencing and staff.
We invited down grassroots clubs, running/rugby clubs, advocates, WSL & Women’s Championship players, brands, creators, fan supporter groups and our audience to enjoy a night of celebrating a key moment in the Women’s FA Cup calendar.
We elevated the event with WSL-themed cocktails and pizza!
We documented the event across our socials with an IG & TikTok takeover, sharing the ‘about last night photos’ the next day. We delivered an event wrap social cut down video to bring together the project and share the memories with our audience.
We received some beautiful feedback: “Ripping up the template of how Cup draws are usually done”.
adidas: WSL watch-along
adidas: WSL watch-along
Bringing the women’s football community together
Project
We partnered with adidas and Set Piece Social (SPS) on a Women’s Super League watch-along event. We produced a sold-out event with SPS (the UK’s only bar showing just women’s sports), bringing the community together in a beautiful and safe space in East London.
We created the set design and branding, procured legendary WSL talent (former Chelsea and England defender, Claire Rafferty) and LGBTQ+ DJ – Ems, to further bring the event to life.
We elevated the watch-along with WSL-themed cocktails (the Mead-arita was a favourite) and a panel discussing the hottest topics in women’s football.
We documented the event across our socials, engaging the audience with questions and polls, collecting vox pops from the audience and sharing the ‘about last night photos’ the next day. We delivered an event wrap social cut down video to bring together the project and share the memories with our audience.
We received some beautiful feedback: “Had a great time – thank you for creating this space”, “Loved it! More please”.
EAFC 25: Ratings Reveal
EAFC 25: Ratings Reveal
Challenges to unlock player ratings
Project
We were brought on to deliver and elevate EA FC’s 2025 Ratings campaign – one of the biggest (and sometimes controversial!) conversation drivers in EA’s calendar.
The EA FC 2025 mantra is ‘For the Club’ – what will players truly do for their club in order to unlock their ratings for this year.
We worked closely with the EA Team to produce six shoots with teams at their training grounds to capture the players’ reactions to their reveals.
We understand the women’s football audience wants authentic content and our main aim was to make the players feel comfortable enough to engage in some seriously funny/competitive challenges and also to tell us how they really felt about their ratings (good or bad…).
And yes, we pranked some of them giving our audience a chance to see their amazing personalities really come to the forefront!
Adidas: Speed Pays
Adidas: Speed Pays
Putting ‘speed pays’ at the heart of London football culture
Project
Our priority was to focus on the ‘speed pays’ activation which spotlighted the remarkable speed within the women’s game through captivating challenges and content – utilising engaging formats such as “Have You Got It?” and “Come With Me To” for comprehensive event coverage. We also revamped the “Come Up” series with a dedicated Women’s World Cup focus, offering an inside look into the inspirational journeys of Adidas players during the tournament. We also provided reactive content during the WWC2023 to ensure our audience remained engaged and informed throughout the event.
Puma Next Up
Puma Next Up
Taking grassroots talent to the next level
Project
We partnered with Puma to launch ‘Next Up’ – a grassroots led initiative aiming to support and highlight the next generation of female talent. The aim was to create impactful opportunities for female players.
We held a ‘Next Up Tournament’ in London, with over 300 girls making up 32 teams. From the tournament, we narrowed it down to 45 players for an 11-a-side showcase game. From there Next Up FC was created.
The team went on to play two showcase games against Leyton Orient and Dulwich Hamlet, with players being offered trials and one female baller winning a year’s boot deal.
eBay: Small Businesses
eBay: Small Businesses
SAB x eBay x female-run businesses
Project
Through eBay’s Small Business platform, SAB sourced small businesses and grassroots teams created and run by women. This partnership showcased their passions and united women with the game. eBay and SAB shone a light on female small business heroes, allowing them to tell their unique stories through a social content series called “United by Passion”. We teamed up with Real Madrid’s Caroline Weir, Aston Villa’s Maz Pacheco and PSG’s Mary Earps.
Playstation UWCL
Playstation UWCL
Taking fans behind the scenes of the UWCL Final
Project
We took over PlayStation’s Instagram and Tik Tok accounts to bring fans exclusive access to one of the most prestigious international tournaments in the women’s game. We also brought fans BTS access to international stars, Katie Zelem and Leila Ouahabi.
