Our story

At the start, our brother platform, Rising Ballers, was inundated with DM’s from female ballers asking to give them a platform. We highlighted women’s stories on RB, but understood that women’s football is a unique product, with unique challenges and successes and it needed a unique and safe space.

With a shoe-string budget, we created and invested in She’s A Baller in January 2019 – a platform and creative agency dedicated to promoting the women’s game, educating audiences and partnering with like-minded brands.

Our Aim

Our aim is to champion the women’s game and culture from grassroots to elite, from baller to boardroom. It’s run by
a hardcore team of women’s football fans, players and experts. It’s for the audience, by the audience.  Now – over five years later – SAB is the largest women’s football publisher in the UK by a long stretch and a highly respected media agency working with global brands. We set trends and we will continue to be the biggest positive influencer of women’s football culture.

What do we do?

It’s simple – three things:

SOCIAL

We’re your one-stop-shop for women’s football content. We cover it all: news, stories, education, jobs and entertainment.

AGENCY

We’re a world-class creative agency, working with global brands to bring campaigns and ideas to life through real-world experiences and social media.

COMMUNITY

We support the women’s football community through partnering with worthy causes and inspiring organizations to make a difference on the ground.

A note from
our Head

I don’t need to tell you that the women’s football industry still has so much further to go. Through my playing days in the WSL with Spurs Women and Arsenal Women, and in the Women’s Championship with Crystal Palace, I have seen it and experienced it all!

That’s why our aim at She’s A Baller is to play a positive part in changing those narratives and helping to write a better future story for the game. We do this through engaging audiences, partnering with like-minded brands and supporting the women’s football community.

As the UK’s largest independent women’s football publisher She’s A Baller is the most exciting, established and influential brand in the space.

We’re a one-stop-shop for content including news, entertainment, jobs and thought-provoking pieces. We use the size of our audience to keep a finger on the pulse of women’s football culture – whether that be across the games, fashion and beauty, music, food or gaming.

We’re also a world-class creative agency who regularly partner with global brands (e.g. Adidas, eBay, Puma, Playstation) to bring to life their vision and, with our expertise, ensure it lands authentically in the womens’ football space.

The future of women’s football is so bright and we’re here for it!

The Pakistan Women’s National Team recently played in the 2024 SAFF Women’s Championship. A competition hosted by the national teams in the South Asian Football Federation. However between 2014 - 2022, they didn’t play a single fixture. But why?

Multiple reasons, but the main being issues with the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF). The PFF were suspended several times by FIFA for infighting and third-party interference. With no games being played, they lost their FIFA ranking.

The Women’s Team are now back as a result of the public continuously asking the board to arrange matches for them. It shows the demand was there but the lack of fixtures halted their progress. After the ban was lifted they played against the Maldives winning 7-0.

The Team still have not been getting regular games but they played against their biggest rivals, India in September 2022. They have talented young players who just need an outlet to grow and develop with regular opportunities to to play in quality games.

The Team went to this years SAFF Women’s Championship which is a six-team tournament held in Saudi Arabia however they finished bottom of Group A.

Since the Euros in England we have seen women’s football reach new highs in Europe, however there are many countries still being let down by Federations when it comes to giving women acce
ss and opportunities in football.
